We provide software development, AI automation, website development, and related consulting services. Each project will be governed by a separate agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required content, access, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Adhere to payment schedules outlined in project agreements.
• Communicate clearly and promptly regarding feedback and project decisions.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are due according to the terms stated in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue invoices. Custom software and digital service fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability under any agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced accordingly.

7. Governing Law
